How long have you been working at the Eagle NYC? What are your favorite things about working there?
I’ve been working at The Eagle for two years now. I love to work at The Eagle because it’s a fun, drama-free place where everybody is really approachable to have a conversation. It doesn’t matter if you are a profesional, waiter, Latino, black, white or Asian: Everybody is welcome and treated in the same way. The Eagle gave me the chance to make new friends in New York and around the world. It’s the most famous gay place in the world, and everybody wants to be here.
When you’re not at Eagle, I heard you’re at the restaurant called El Mate. Where is that?
My weekdays are pretty busy. I work at my restaurant, El Mate, 550 Court Street in Brooklyn. It has Argentinian/Brazilian food.
What do you enjoy in your time off from both jobs?
On my days off I like to spend time with family, friends and my dog Tango.
