Brita Filter Throws a Party
Brita Filter is bringing the party to everyone’s homes in her new digital series premiering this weekend, Unfiltered.
This show is more than a dance party, henny. Miss Filter is serving sickening beats, sexy gogo dancers, digital art installations, and the most sickening live performances by nightlife royalty including DJ 2Face, Salina Estities, Tenderoni, Kareem McJagger, Richard JMV, Alex Gordon, and Sammy.
“I believe it’s important for people to have a shared sense of community since we can’t all be together in person,” says Brita Filter, who made herstory as the first Polynesian queen to compete on RuPaul’s Drag Race. “I started drag because it was the first time I felt like I belonged to something bigger than myself. I want to create that environment of ‘something bigger’ digitally.“
The premiere party is this Friday and the category is Silver & Gold. Attendees should come decked out in their metallic motifs ready to party and get spotlit in a virtual walk-off.
Nicky Doll, from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 13 will co-host the evening. General Admission tickets are $10; VIP tickets are $20. When attendees buy a ticket, they will have the opportunity to add a donation to The New Georgia Project, an organization working to get out the vote in the important Georgia Senate Runoff race in January.
