THE KRISTYS are an original rock/blues trio based out of Brooklyn, NY. Josh Quat, Amos Vanderpoel and Matt Sparks met in Bushwick in the spring of 2013.  Already established actors/performers, they bonded over a mutual love for rock music, and starting jamming at local studio The Sweatshop.  After realizing that their unique chemistry was truly special, they began playing shows throughout Brooklyn and NYC, and The Kristys were born.  Since then, they have been consistently writing and performing their original brand of bluesy rock and roll.  They’ve recently played shows at Stonewall Inn, The Bowery Electric, Arlene’s Grocery, and more.  Their single “Call It What You Want” can be downloaded on all major music platforms, and the trio will be entering the studio in February to record their debut LP.
