Jared Zirilli (Wicked, Lysistrata Jones) will be joining the cast of Missed Connections: An Exploration Into the Online Postings of Desperate romantics at 9:30 p.m. for the June 10 relaunch performance on the second floor of Vlada Lounge.
Using real postings from the infamous Craigslist section, the group will dive headfirst into dozens of unique characters. With a variety of locations, intentions and grammar, Missed Connections is a show of endless hilarity. Previous performances were staged at The Laurie Beechman Theater, The Kraine Theater, The Producers Club, The Magnet Theater and The Brooklyn Lyceum (for the New York Times- ecognized UglyRhino). The show is performed by a rotating cast featuring Jennifer Jean Anderson, Ricky Dunlop, Jake Mckenna, Lauren Roth and George Salazar. The show is stage managed by Greg Ryan. Admission is FREE.
