This Friday, NYC nightlife legends Amanda Lepore, Lady Bunny and Shequida come together for Queens at the Yard, an immersive dinner and theatrical experience at Queensyard (20 Hudson Yards, NYC).   The regal evening will include a two-course plated dinner by renowned Chef Brian Yuko and feature stunning burlesque, astounding opera, breathtaking acrobatics and ribald comedy.

“This isn’t the event for shorts and tank tops,” warns Lady Bunny, who, in addition to hosting, will DJ the post-dinner party portion of the evening. “The dress code is so fancy, that I don’t know if I’ll get in. And I work there!”

Tickets are $75.  A VIP option, offering premium seating with best views of the performances and a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival, is available for an additional $29.  Cocktails begin at 8:30PM, seating at 9PM, show at 10PM.

“We are thrilled to bring together these New York nightlife legends and the city’s most brilliant cabaret performers for a unique show unlike anything they have done before,” says producer Brandon Voss.  “Queens of the Yard will not only feature shows by its three legendary hosts, but also immersive performances and outrageous acts that will surprise and astound guests; and the food and event space are simply magnificent.”

Queensyard is Manhattan’s newest hotspot.   Perched in full view of the Grand Plaza at Hudson Yards with an extraordinary floor-to-ceiling glass wall, the British restaurant draws inspiration from rooms found in English country homes, yet features amazing views of the park, the Hudson River, and of the Culture Shed and Heatherwick Studio’s Vessel sculpture.

Guests at Queens of the Yard will enjoy starters including London Gin Cured Salmon and Foie Gras Parfait and for the main course, will choose between Pan Seared Salmon, English Pea Rigatoni or an 8 oz. Filet Mignon.

“Bunny brought me a gorgeous sequined gown for the event,” says Shequida, a Juilliard trained classical opera singer who competed on America’s Got Talent.  “I was able to cut it up and make dance costumes for eight back-up dancers and still have enough for a table-cloth.”

Tickets for Queens At The Yard are available here.
