Careful consideration is taken towards the client’s personal tastes to provide a personally tailored, comfortable menu that fuses contemporary culinary technique with time-honored flavors and recipes. Apt1BKlyn is the first phase of a cumulative effort in which Chef Brian seeks to cater to a underdeveloped clientele who would be appreciative of his own brand of  “in-home haute cuisine,” while raising awareness toward investors and local purveyors interested in partnering in a brick-and-mortar establishment.
